"The Blue Beat Is Here", as the cover boldly proclaims, and so is Prince Buster, who's grooving along in an excellent rocksteady mode, laying down his incredible track "Ten Commandments"!! The track's one of the most bizarre Soul tracks ever, as Buster gives his lady "ten commandments of man", ones that have to do with how she should treat him in the street, and how much she should let him get away with!! The rest of the album is equally great, and compiles some earlier Prince Buster material with tracks from the time of "Ten Commandments", making for a hip little set that almost shows the evolution of Jamaican music in the 60´s. There's some rootsy moments, and plenty of Soul too, more than enough to make the hit single cross over to a surprisingly wide audience at the time!!Tracklisting:
